Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the US, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We want our products to not only deliver what they promise but go the extra mile that other vendors don’t provide. For that reason we like to go straight to the manufacturer and, with a lot of our apparel and accessories, have your product made specifically for you. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

          Shipping Policy

• Processing time: Order verification, customizing, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched to the manufacturer within 24 hours of placement. If the manufacturer then processes the orders. With orders, please allow 2-3 days from the initial order for customization. We will send you tracking numbers as soon as they are available and keep you abreast of any issues that may arise.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, domestic items typically arrive at their destination within 3 to 6 days, although this timeframe can be extended from time to time. Please be patient, as we are continually seeking solutions to deliver your product to you as quickly as possible.
